COVID-19 update

Dear Valued Patient:

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

We are following directives from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to the virus. These directives also come from the American Dental Association and the Missouri Dental Association.

Your health, and the health of our dedicated staff matter to us. Our lobby will be closed. We ask only the patient come into the office. Please do not bring additional family members to the appointment. Minors may bring one adult to the appointment.

Stay in your car and call us upon arrival. A staff member will be out to bring you any paperwork needed, give instructions for your appointment as well as assess your health by doing a temperature check and asking current Covid questions.

Upon entering you will wash your hands prior to being seated.
If you have fever, chills, cough or even flu-like symptoms, please do not come into the office. Please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

We want you to know we already use hospital grade sterilization. We will also comply with the CDC recommendations by ordering additional personal protective equipment.

If you are scheduled for an urgent issue: we will contact you the day before your appointment to discuss your health status and our office screening protocol to confirm your appointment should be kept.

The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community. We will keep you up to date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual.

I urge you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reach at (816) 524-3535 or by email drbriandental@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
